CONGRATULATIONS! It was great to be there on Sunday evening to help celebrate the Centenary of your church. The concert was absolutely great and we loved the music, What a lovely surprise with the Proms ending!! Your youngsters did so well! Bravo for your own beautiful compositions! The Centenary Chorus certainly produced a wonderful voluminous sound! A really great evening of entertainment all round! Jill McGuire

Thank you so much for all that you did before and on Sunday. I hope you were pleased with the way everything went. I enjoyed most of it especially the choral singing – even sight reading your Jubilate which is lovely and I hope we hear it frequently. Thank you also for the roses. love, Mollie (Britannia No.1)

Agreed – what a great community event. Huge congrats to Jo. Alan and I feel very lucky to have landed up at St Andrew’s ! A triumph, last night, Jo. Ann H x

Just to support all the comments so far!  It was wonderful to see the church so full and so joyous – everyone enjoying the music and the fun.  Thank you so much Jo for all your planning and organisation.  A really memorable occasion. Thanks too to Sheila and John  for such a tremendous spread. Ann W

I agree with all comments – in particular, Jo’s enormous and vital contribution. John Linney

Thank you for a wonderful concert, it must have been hard work bringing it all together.  The children were very good and looked as though they were really enjoying themselves.  I know it would not have been possible without the support of our choir. Well done Susan G

It was a marvellous evening and everyone I spoke to said the same and it was not what they had expected.  The ideas were fantastic and must have taken a lot of hard work.  As I said before, we are very lucky at St. Andrew’s. Marie L

Am just writing to say how much my husband and I enjoyed the concert – it really exceeded our expectations.  There was so much variety and not a few surprises! We are very privileged to have you at St. Andrew’s  Keep up the good work! Di George

Just to say thank you for a fantastic evening, we all really enjoyed it. Paul says he feels like he’s had a night out at the proms! 🙂 Caroline G (my next door neighbour)

I am writing to thank you for helping to make last weekend at St. Andrew’s such a memorable experience for me, and I am sure many others as well. I must admit that I wondered beforehand whether the centenary concert would come off as planned, and I am really pleased that it turned out to be such a success, and such an exuberant experience in front of a full house. I shall not quickly forget the experience….. Martin Jones

Thanks so much to everyone for being a part of this special event! Jo x
